Credit Training Manager (1 Year Contract) recruitment

Based out the London office but with an element of UK travel, this is a highly autonomous role reporting into the Chief Credit Officer of this high profile commercial and corporate bank. Tasked with designing and delivering credit training to the entire business, you will need to identify training needs, design/deliver as well as evaluate the effectiveness of credit training upon the businesses performance. The business is large enough for strict professional standards of credit management/risk to be upheld throughout, yet small enough for this role to have a direct and immediate impact upon the mindset and practices of relationship managers and branch staff.
Applications are welcome from experienced trainers in the Credit world, or equally those with a strong background in Credit with the appetite and communication skills to deliver classroom based training. Exposure to wholesale and commercial credit is a prerequisite.
