CRM Administrator – Developer recruitment

Opportunity

MG are looking to recruit an experienced CRM Administrator/Developer as part of their new support team for their Salesforce.com CRM platform.

The team will be the front line support, owning the maintenance, support and development of the platform. On a daily basis the team may be working on defect resolution, writing new reports, supporting and training users, answering user queries, monitoring data quality, investigating data requirements, documenting business processes, implementing small changes and enhancements, running tests, and working with vendors on additional developments.

The candidate will have strong experience working as a CRM administration/Developer or similar role with Salesforce.com.

Key responsibilities

- Prepares, tests and rolls out configuration enhancements to the Salesforce CRM platform in accordance with business requirements and release management procedures
- Prepares, tests and rolls out development enhancements to the Salesforce CRM platform in accordance with business requirements and release management procedures
- Day-to-day Salesforce platform support in accordance with the Support Model and SLAs
- Data management e.g. maintenance of agreed standards, cleansing, transformation and load, monitoring of quality and regular feeds into and out of the platform
- Provision of MI reporting and dashboards
- Provide visibility of new functionality available to CRM Support Team and CRM Manager to ensure that standard Salesforce.com functionality is leveraged to the full

What we are looking for

Essential
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (ADM201) or equivalent level of experience
- Certified Salesforce Developer (DEV401) or equivalent level of experience
- Degree level qualification
- Flexibility - is comfortable switching between different tasks in a fast paced environment and adapting to new requirements as the team function takes shape
- Database administration - good understanding of the discipline required to maintain a relational database

- Testing - has a good understanding of testing disciplines, ideally with practical, hands-on experience

Desirable
- Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM301)
- Certified Salesforce Advanced Developer (DEV501)
- Knowledge of Asset Management

Technical Experience Required
- Salesforce Data Loader
- MS Excel

Technical Experience Desirable
- Familiarity with Salesforce Apps and Data manipulation tools
- Knowledge of HTML / Web development
- Knowledge of SQL
