CRM Project Specialist Job in Guelph N1G4T2, Ontario Canada

JOB PROFILE: The Process/Application Specialist reports hierarchically to the Enterprise solution architect Sales Marketing and functionally to the Process Owner CRM and or the Division IT Director.  Holds a strong functional line to the Application Services Domain within the Global IT Services organization and has a regional scope for Sales Marketing and specially CRM in a global context. The CRM application within Nutreco is Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Application development

·         Translate the business requirements into a functional design and implement this in alignment with  Nutreco CRM team

Application maintenance and management

·         Support the project team members and the business in defining the  CRM-application support

·         Providing support to the user

·         Optimize the use of the CRM systems

Governance of projects in a functional area

·         Investigate all requirements in the functional area of Sales Marketing and translate the requirements into process and/or application projects

·         Support the Process Owner in approving and prioritizing the projects and cooperates with Enterprise solution architect.

Program management

·         Define project charters or change documents for all changes and projects

·         Staff projects and manage / steer project management in close cooperation with Nutreco CRM team

·         Monitor projects on planning, budget and deliverables and report this to Process Owner,  Manager Division IT and/or Nutreco CRM team

·         Execute the formal closing of projects, incl. evaluation against planning, budget and deliverables

Change management

·         Define a change plan per change, discuss and achieve approval of implementing changes and execute the formal closing of changes

Application support

·         Organize support structures for global applications in close cooperation with the Global IT Services organization

PREFERRED HIRING CRITERIA:

·         Bachelor degree / level;

·         3-5 years experience with Dynamics CRM;

·         Broad knowledge and experience in Sales and Marketing;

·         Experience with ITIL Processes;

·         Experience with Project Management;

·         Strong analytical skills;

·         Project management skill;

·         Global Change Management skills;

·         Cultural awareness;

·         Languages: fluent English, both verbal and written;

·         Bilingual French/English considered an asset.
