As a Product Manager, in Auto Finance, National Servicing and Operations, you will be part of an operations and product management team with responsibilities pertaining primarily to the Chase Payment Assurance debt cancellation product. Your responsibilities will also include ancillary products as business needs require. You will be located on-site at the vendor's office where benefit administration for Chase Payment Assurance takes place. The key job functions are listed below: Serve as a key representative of the Chase Product Management team and liaise with the vendor. Review all benefit decisions made by the administrator on a file by file level to validate that the appropriate decision has been made. Manage on-site claim handling audits and participate as a subject matter expert in compliance audits. Manage the resolution of product, compliance and system issues as they arise. Participate in issues and discussions that cross-impact the Chase Home Lending portfolio of customers enrolled in this product. Draft and compose customer letters as production and circumstances necessitate. Review customer complaints and work with the Executive Office to bring issues to resolution. Compile fact patterns, time lines, payment histories, delinquency histories and specific file details when it is necessary. Generate ad-hoc reports and data when necessary. Reconcile the portfolio of active accounts between the administrator and Chase's servicing systems. Compile monthly performance statistics to be incorporated into the department's business review.
