Description
Define and initiate projects across Investment Services Client Service Delivery and implement initiatives to ensure a successful and timely conclusion. Identify key strategies and cost analysis critical for the growth and success of project for senior management. Coordinate technology, business, operational and other internal resources during planning, development, testing and implementation phases. Coordinate and manage the implementation of tasks involving third party vendors. Participate in senior management discussions to maintain communication, including appraisal of project progress, timing and budgeting. Maintain continuous alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives, and make recommendations to modify the program to enhance effectiveness or strategic intent, if necessary. Create and maintain activity and progress reports for business and senior management. Mentor staff in methodology practices and encourage best practices in project management and planning.
Qualifications
Bachelor s Degree or 7 to 10 years of project management experience required. PMI Certification Preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Solid organization skills. Ability to multitask many projects, people and activities simultaneously. Experience with MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
