C++Software Engineer / Developer for Hedge Fund
Software Engineer within the Global Rates Technology team will work closely with members of trading desks and other members of the Global Rates team.
You will be expected to
- provide technical expertise to support, enhance, and refresh the front office trade capture systems and infrastructure.
- demonstrate ability to analyze complex business/technical problems and make sound technical decisions
The role will utilize C++ / Object-Oriented analysis, design, and programming to develop robust, flexible software solutions. Focus will be on reusable high performance OTC trading applications and infrastructure.
Especially looking for solid candidate with:
- Enthusiasm for programming and solid computer science fundamentals.
- 2-6 years experience in C++.
- Working knowledge of databases, SQL and Unix scripting.
- Experience of building enterprise systems.
Especiialuy interested in curious technologists who have a passion for solving investment business problems through the use of technology.
Education:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
