Customer Care Administrator
My client is a leading global logistics provider who are seeking a customer focused individual to join their team in the New Year.
The role is working within a dedicated team who provide first class customer service to business customers in the UK and Europe which will involve; taking incoming calls and dealing with enquiries, ensuring queries and progressed and updated on the in-house systems, arranging deliveries and collections, liaison with engineers and other departments when needed, following up previous orders and ensuring customers are satisfied and generally dealing with any query / question or issue a customer may have.
The role is initially for a 6 month fixed term contract with a view to going permanent after the initial six months. Hours are not set, however the client is looking for candidates to have some flexibility between 7am and 7pm. Additionally being a car driver is essential due to the location of the company not being serviced well by public transport.
You need to have business to business customer service experience, have excellent communication skills and strong IT skills. If you have the necessary skills and experience please do not hesitate to apply.
