Customer Care Operations Manager

My client, based in the heart of Bristol city centre is looking for a customer care operations manager to join their rapidly growing organisation. Established in 2009 the client has rapidly grown to over 400,000 customers and is currently looking for passionate and experienced professionals to join their rapidly growing organisation.
Reporting into the head of customer care, the role will be focusing on delivering consistent performance through the clients customer facing process. You will be leading team leaders, driving continuous improvement and working with other functions in order to identify process improvements. Part of the role will also focus on developing future management capabilities in order to support individuals in the team. The role is be working in a high volume environment so experience within this environment would be desirable.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manager to join a rapidly growing organisation.
