Customer Care Professional

My client, a global leader in the financial services industry is currently looking for German speaking Customer Care Professionals to join their Merchant Services team. In this role, you will ensure extraordinary customer service by promptly and accurately responding to phone calls from our merchants from the German Austrian markets, making it easy for them to do business with us and by recognising their value to us and solving their issues.

As a Customer Care Professional, you add incremental value on each and every interaction with a stated outcome of exceptional feedback from our customers and increased customer loyalty. You will be responsible for evaluating and analysing account information and recommending tailored solutions to the merchants, reinforcing benefits and assisting with technical queries. You’ll act as the first point of contact and focus on deepening our clients’ relationships with their merchants to deliver the personal service we’re famous for.

The successful candidate must have exceptional listening and relationship building skills coupled with effective and accurate decision making skills. The ideal candidate will be computer literate, have strong communication skills and be able to work as part of a team. Experience in the service industry is strongly preferred.
