Customer Experience Champion

Based north of Loughborough (LE12) the purpose of this job is to join this thriving company and work in a small and dedicated team that is tasked with driving change. This is a permanent, full time job based north of Loughborough (LE12), paying between £22k and £24k (depending on experience). You must hold a valid driving license with no points in the last 5 years.

The purpose of this job is to understand clients’ needs and expectations, engage with people, build networks (internal and external), customer journey mapping, stakeholder management, analyse data and plan strategic changes that ultimately improve the way clients view the company. You must be comfortable extrapolating, analysing and understanding data so you can justify the company changes that you will propose to internal teams of all levels. As part of the department mantra, you must take pride in educating the business to evolve the culture, conduct research to bring in new ideas, and self-manage yourself in a way where you can take a tasks and projects and run with them.

The nature of this vacancy means there are no quick wins, so candidates will ideally understand this fact. As a customer journey / customer experience professional you must select the right stakeholders with the right message, and understand that some parties can be tougher to convince than others!

The ideal person will be friendly, approachable, a self-starter, inquisitive and willing to ask ‘why’ in order to find out root causes. This permanent, full time job will be suitable for professionals who have experience in the following: change management, customer service, change implementation, customer experience, customer journey, client strategy, stakeholder management and customer champion.
