Dealer Customer Care Representative
Summary
The Customer Care Representative is responsible for proactively engaging with ARI’s customers to ensure satisfaction and drive renewal of existing products This position is critical to creating, building, and strengthening ARI’s long-term relationships while driving repeat sales, add-on business, revenue growth and continued renewal revenue. The individual in this role demonstrates superior customer relations and strives to ensure customer satisfaction. The Customer Care Representative reports to the Manager of Client Retention.
The Dealer Customer Care Representative will:
- Engage ARI’s current client base to ensure satisfaction with ARI’s products.
- Confirm contact information stored in CRM database.
- Involve appropriate department when a problem, issue, or concern is uncovered.
- Provide information about the company’s services and suggest product options available to resolve business needs.
- Timely follow up to all customer inquiries.
- Generate leads from existing customers for potential new applications to pass on to Dealer Services Representatives.
- Track and maintain all customer activity in the company CRM application.
- Properly execute necessary paperwork.
- Meet and exceed monthly goals by managing activity.
- Ensure renewal revenue from existing customers.
- Maintain renewal rate for ARI products at or above budgeted levels.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of customer service, retail or call center experience.
- Track record of exceeding goals and targets.
- Demonstrated experience operating within a culture of accountability.
- Exceptional customer service orientation with high touch relationship building skills.
- Exceptional integrity, honesty and trustworthiness.
- Skilled in Internet browsing, the Windows environment and Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proficient in data entry; 30 WPM.
Specialized Skills or Abilities:
- Ability to complete a structured training program.
- Ability to listen for cues from the customer to identify underlying issues.
- Ability to work inter-departmentally to accomplish objectives and solve issues, get along with others, accept constructive feedback and exhibit a positive attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production environment.
- Effective time management and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and demonstrated initiative.
- Technology savvy.
- High capacity to learn and adapt.
