Respond to customer inquires on Bank products and services
Provide service with ownership for first point of contact resolution for clients
Follow our Bank’s vision
Consistently meet/exceed personal, individual sales and productivity goals
Use knowledge and skills to ensure delivery of high quality service to all clients
Contribute to team goals and targets through relationship selling
Analyze client needs and provide recommendations on a fulll range of investment, lending and other banking products
Refer loans or inquiries outside scope of authority
Maintain an above average knowledge all Bank products
Maintain an above average knowledge of Bank policies and processes
Build, enhance and protects banking products.
Please note that if volumes are low in Online Banking, the agent must be flexible to do inbound customer service
Schedule: 6:30am - 2:30pm. Weekends scheduled on rotation.
Qualifications :
- Must have completed all LFS (Learning for Success Modules 1 2 must be completed or in process of being completed)
- University or college diploma or equivalent work experience
- Possesses excellent communication skills in both French and English.
- Possesses excellent written skills in French.
- Desire to contribute to the success within a team environment
- Responsible for service level agreements as part of the Online Banking Team
