Customer Contact Centre Agent

Job Title: Contact Centre Operator Goals/Mission:
The successful candidate will be working with our friendly team of Operators who are responsible for managing faults from various contracts through to resolution; contracts include those of Traffic Solutions along with other Siemens business units. In this role you will be accountable for coordinator the workload of the Siemens service engineers for maintenance and repair responses across the UK.
This role is responsible for planning and scheduling this work and liaising with the other Contact Centre Operators and Third Parties
Tasks: We are looking for someone who can demonstrate initiative, self motivation and has a desire to learn as well as the ability to work both independently, and as part of a team.
It is also vital that the candidate is able to establish and maintain good working relationships with both customers and Siemens engineers.For success in this application, you will require:
Previous Contact Centre experience, experience in a fault logging environment would be advantageous.
Excellent communication skills at all levels
The ability to remain calm whilst working under pressure
A good knowledge of MS Office products
Database entry experience
Good attention to detail
Capabilities: You will need to live within a commutable distance to Poole.
The Contact Centre is operational 24/7 365 days a year, with the day team working between Mon-Fri 06:00-20:00 and Weekends Bank Holidays 09:00-17:00.
We run a shift roster to cover the core hours and the successful candidate would ideally be flexible enough to work the occasional shift outside of these times.
Overtime or time in lieu is offered where additional hours are worked.
