Customer Development Manager
Summary
A new created Customer Development Manager position has become available with a leading spreadbetting/FX/CFD provider based in the City of London.
About the Role
- Driving, developing, implementing and maintaining customer development strategy for the groups core brands
- Driving, developing, implementing and maintaining the natural SEO strategy as well as the customer experience and contact strategy for the groups core brands - including managing the production and deployment of a range of internal and external email campaigns
- Monitoring and reporting on-site analytics and website performance and analysis of consumer behaviour
- Implementation, optimisation and analysis of the CRM activity
- Work with the marketing team to manage and coordinate the timely launch and integrations of new content, design, features, tools and enhancements to the websites and trading interfaces and also marketing campaigns
- Liaise and coordinate with other internal departments to ensure that marketing campaigns and project deadlines are met
About the person
- Related degree or equivalent
- Experience of developing and implementing customer development initiative to support improvement in the customer's experience when using company website
- Excellent understanding of SEO techniques
- Experience of working with 1. Email Service Provider preferably Silver Pop. 2. Online analytics systems such as Google analytics. 3. Internal CMS systems.
- Proficient with HTML (Dreamweaver)
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent planning, organisation and project management ability
- Online/e-commerce marketing experience
