Our client is a public sector National Education Charity responsible for delivering middle leadership development for aspiring teachers looking to progress to year heads or higher. This is an organisation which is highly dependent on government funding so highly targeted on getting institutes signed up.

Due to increase workload our client is looking for a Customer Development Officer to support with raising awareness of the courses within educational institutes. The role is not a targeted role but will involve researching past history of institutes before calling to raise awareness.

That's why we need someone with excellent customer service skills and an impeccable telephone manner with the ability to speak to senior decision makers. Candidates must have proven experience in the above
