Customer Experience & Insights Manager, Life Insurance

Responsibilities: p

p

• Drive, formulate and implement regional customer experience strategy p

• Identify areas of improvement on customer experience and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues and implement initiatives p

• Develop customer experience measurements and establish market research frameworks to gain customer insights p

p

p

Requirements: p

p

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline, with at least 8 years' experience in customer and market research in financial services industries p

• Excellent project management skills and ability to work on tight deadlines p

• Good communications, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills p

• Excellent data analysis and problem solving skills p

• Self motivated p

• Good command of English and Cantonese p

p
