Our client is a cloud-based customer experience optimization platform that gives its customers the ability to listen to and engage with their customers to improve business results through better experiences.
This is an organisation which is continually having to be ahead of IT developments in order to best meet their customer needs.
Due to increase in workload our client is looking for a personable Customer Experience Administrator. The role will entail providing excellent customer service to high profile clients whilst manipulating data in Excel.
That's why we need someone with excellent communication skills, but with the ability to manipulate data in excel including v-look ups and pivot tables.
