Customer Experience Representative

Our client, a leading Leisure Company based in Central London, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Customer Experience Representative to join their expanding team.

Based in the West End, this fantastic opportunity to work for an exciting, up and coming brand involves handling 50-80 daily inbound calls from customers, dealing with queries including product orders and complaints. Acting as the first point of customer contact, you will also be responsible for responding to clients over email so outstanding verbal and written communication is a must. Our clients' ethos is 'We care about our customers' so they are ideally looking for someone who shares this attitude.

In order to be considered for this position, it is essential that you have experience in handling high volume inbound calls and have an articulate, professional telephone manner.

The working hours for the role are as follows:

Monday to Saturday: 8am - 5pm, 9am - 6pm, 11am - 8pm (rota system)

Sunday: 10am - 6pm

You will work five days a week and work one weekend in every 3. Whenever you work the weekend, you will have two days off during the week. It is worth noting that our client intend to increase the headcount in the Customer Experience team dramatically over the next six months (due to success/popularity/growth), so weekend work will lessen.
