Finance Business Partner - Interim/Immediate
The Finance Business Partner is a critical role driving financial planning and strategy across multiple divisions of this large, complex public sector organisation. This post has been created as a key link between Group Finance and the wider operational and divisional leadership to provide financial management advice and partner with key stakeholders.
Reporting to the Head of Finance with dotted lines into two non-finance Divisional General Managers you will drive the strategy, annual plans and budgets and provide assurance of the quality and accuracy of monthly budget and forecasting reports and assist in the achievement of budget targets. Developing financial models to support forecasting and the 5 year plan as well as reviewing existing relationships, processes and policy with the view to analyse and provide insights into improvements around these areas.
Your track record of building relationships with senior, non-finance stakeholders will enable you to provide effective financial partnership and influence decision making in line with key directives. You must be a qualified Accountant/Analyst with exceptional financial modelling, analytical and project management experience. You have worked in highly complex organisations, either in major public sector environments or large and dynamic commercial organisations. A background in transaction services or audit will be view on favourably.
