Customer Finance Analyst
An international telecommunications and media business based in the South West of London has a job for an interim Customer Finance Analyst for 3 months.
Working within the customer service division of this £multi-billion turnover business, this role is responsible for optimising the financial performance resulting from the provision of exemplary customer services. With a focus on protection of existing revenue streams and offering new product options to current customers, this position is an excellent combination of both business operations analysis, and commercial financial modelling. This role will involve designing new sales and service incentive schemes, liaising with the people culture team, and evaluating customer engagement techniques to understand commercial drivers.
This role is due to last for approximately 3 months initially, and requires candidates who have held a similar analytical role within a subscription-based or recurring revenue business. Financial qualifications are preferred, CIMA in particular, but not essential if you have a significant level of relevant experience.
