Customer/ Passenger Service Agent Job in Manchester M11ED, North West UK
Premier Work Support are recruiting Passenger Service agents for one of our clients at Manchester Airport.
This is a Customer focused position and you will be the customers first contact with the Airline. Your attitude and helpfulness needs to reflect this, be friendly polite and at all times diplomatic.
Duties will include:
Reception of Airline passengers
Check and process flight documentation
Correct and accurate processing of passenger baggage
Before applying it is Essential that you meet the following criteria, or your application will be rejected.
A 5 year checkable history
No more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
Clear criminal record check
Live within 40 minutes commuting distance to Manchester Airport
Work shifts sometimes starting at 3.30 am
Have previous customer service experience
Have good PC skills
Over 18 years of age.
