Customer Penetration Analyst
Our client, a hugely successful start-up IT/App company, are looking to find ways to expand their exponential growth further by recruiting for a Customer Penetration Analyst. Based in a fantastic London City location, in brand new offices, this is an incredible opportunity for the right candidate.
This role requires a candidate who has a passion for analysing data for customer trends, habits and feedback. An extremely important role within the busy Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for making a significant impact on improving the experience for customers, and also for giving the company's clients and insight into their business.
Responsibilities of the role will include:
- Working alongside the Customer Experience Manager to create detailed customer insight reports
- Working with the Operations team to understand any information and customer contact they have
- Retrieving, manipulating and analysing regular reports
- Analysing heavily customer cancelled order rate and preparing documented analysis and reporting on how to reduce it
- Presenting insight into customer trends at monthly operations meetings
In order to be considered for this position, it is essential that you have the following:
- Experience in business analytics in a transactional business
- Strong attention to details
- Experience in the life cycle of a customer
- A strong analytical mind and experience in data analysis techniques
- Ability to take ownership, problem solve and pro actively secure business objectives
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and under pressure
