Customer Policy Manager

An exciting opportunity to Work for a major International bank based in Bristol City Centre. Working within a department that is responsible for the management of existing mortgage customers. This includes customer retention, further lending and cross sales.

You will support existing customers and provide recommendations on key policy areas and initiatives. You will be the main point of contact for Internal and external stakeholder queries. Understand relevant commercial, regulatory and customer key risks.

The successful candidate will have Financial Services background. Regulatory and compliance understanding. Excellent communications skills.
