Customer Process business Analyst Job in Kingston Upon Thames KT26TN, Home Counties UK

This role is part of the Customer Processes Team and will involve :
- Support the continued process improvement of the Customer Process for both the Sales, Finance and Customer Service organisations in EMEA.
- Build strong relationships with business teams, especially in customer facing areas of Commercial, Customer Services and Credit Management. This role will have a strong emphasis on understanding Sales, Customer Service and Credit Management business processes.
- Manage projects to enhance the functionality of ERP, working closely with the business to ensure we meet agreed success criteria, and that the changes are implemented with appropriate training and documentation.
- Support Process Improvement with Data Analytics, using tools such as Qlikview, DataWarehousing and SQL support the team in identifying possible opportunities and to determine correct course of action.
- Build Reports and Metrics to drive adoption and proper usage of Performance Dashboards to ensure business are getting full benefits and insights from Process Excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum "A" level standard education or equivalent required.
- Business analyst or equivalent commercial experience is required.
- Preferable to have a relevant degree or similar vocational qualification (Economics, Business, IT, Finance).
- Experience of LEAN methodology is preferable or to be Six Sigma accredited
- Proven track record of delivering IT orCRMprojects is required.
- Strong commercial understanding and experience is required.
- Working knowledge of Oracle, PeopleSoft or other ERP system is preferred.
- Knowledge of customer service processes, and/or customer facing applications is preferred.
- Experience working for a healthcare, eye care, pharmaceutical or other multi-national company is preferred.
- Able to influence and develop true 'partnership' relationships with business leads quickly and effectively.
- An enquiring mind and desire to challenge the norm.
- Project management and people management skills.
- Able to travel within the European region.
- Confident when working with end users and external customers.
- Excellent presentation skills; ease in addressing large groups to present material.
