Customer Relation Advisor Job

Full time Customer Relations Advisor to join my clients Calls Lines team.

A supplier of business to business telecoms products and services. My clients objective is simple – to be the preferred telecom solution provider for SME businesses in the South, backed up by market leading customer service.

Working to foster long term relationships with customers, they believe in a partnership approach to business, carefully assessing our customer’s needs before providing the telecoms package suited to them.

Based on the outskirts of Basingstoke, My clients services fall into four distinct but related areas:

Fixed Lines Call Charges – Phone Systems – Business Data Connectivity – Business Mobile

The role suites a driven and motivated individual who will build long standing relations with customer base, find sales opportunities and who can deliver exemplary customer service. Strong negotiation skills, time management and ability to work from own initiative are key to success in this potion.

· Responsible for ensuring ownclient base renew their agreements working to own and group targets.
· Account Managing our customer base with intent to upsell our products and build strong relations.
· Act as front line service for any customer queries and liaise with other areas of the business to ensure their resolution.
· Negotiating with customers to retain their business from our competitors.
· Ensuring accurate records are kept concerning all elements of customers accounts.

Salary depending on experience
