We currently have an exciting opportunity for 3 full time Customer Relations Executive's to work in the Customer Relations Team based in Southall. In this role you will be responsible for working within the team dealing with both internal and external customers, resolving issues and queries, 90% of the work will be answering and resolving incoming calls emails. The successful candidate will report directly to the Customer Relations Manager.
Principle Accountabilities will include:
- Provide excellent customer service to internal external customers.
- Ensure all issues are addressed, reported and resolved as quickly as possible in the most cost effective way.
- Take ownership of work - doing what is needed without being asked following through until resolved.
- Communicate relevant information to departments throughout the business.
- Investigate authorise credit requests.
- Process samples requests.
Skills Qualifications Required:
The ideal candidate must have:
- Strong customer service experience.
- Computer literacy.
- Be adaptable, able to deal with problems and willing to learn new tasks.
- Ability to liaise at all levels.
- Accuracy in a fast moving and demanding environment.
- Plan and manage time well.
- Able to work every other Saturday 8am - 12noon (from home)
- Able to work on shift pattern be flexible with these times:
7.45am - 4.15pm 9.00am - 5.30pm
