Customer Relations Supervisor Job in El Segundo 90245, California Us
The Customer Relations Supervisor will assist in overseeing the Customer Relations department. He/She will train new employees, and assign all duties that are relevant to Customer Support. This person will also provide customer support by checking and answering all emails, prioritize, and report to appropriate departments for finding and providing solutions for the players or for other departments such as Live Game Production, Community and Fraud. He/She will participate in all duties as supervisor. This person will directly report to the Customer Relations Manager.
Major Responsibilities:
Assist in overseeing the Customer Relations department.
Train new employees and assign all duties that are relevant to Customer Support.
Investigate and document daily problems and technical issues and disseminate to appropriate departments for solutions and follow up.
Review all documentation of game/technical/investigation issues from department.
Manage the team’s primary software support tool.
Attend regular team/department meetings.
Assist in developing and updating processes and procedures for Customer Relations department according to need.
Any additional tasks as assigned by the Customer Relations Manager.
Job Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in customer support; Minimum 1 year in a supervisory role.
Willingness to work additional hours and travel when needed.
Must be able to deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Possess good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office. Experience with Microsoft Windows XP, Microsoft Office, and Experience with Microsoft Internet Explorer is required. General experience with Massive Multiplayer Online Games is a plus.
