Customer Relationship Executive

Our client, an exciting Mobile Payment Solutions company located in the West End of London, are looking to recruit an enthusiastic candidate to join their growing team. Based in a busy, fast-paced office, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate.

Our client offer mobile phone card payment solutions to B2B clients, citing their USP's as their flexibility, price and quality of product. Due to their continued growth, they are now actively seeking a driven candidate to join their customer support/administrative team. Working in an office of 20, you will be responsible for:

- Handling inbound calls/emails/live chat queries from B2B clients
- Preparing reports and spreadsheets for Senior Managers
- Troubleshooting/resolving customer issues

In order to be considered for this position, it is integral that you have the following:

- Experience in handling customer queries over email/phone
- Articulate, professional telephone manner
- Educated to a degree level or equivalent
- Proactive, enthusiastic approach to work
- Motivation to work in a busy, fast-paced, progressive environment

Offering a very competitive salary with the chance to progress with the company, the working hours for the role are as follows:

- Monday - Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm
- 1 Saturday in every 4 (with a day off in lieu)
