Customer Sales Manager

Hours: 9-5 Monday to Friday
Bonuses: £600 Quarterly, Free On-Site Car Parking, 20days Holiday, Share Options, Company Benefit Scheme.
Training: 4-5 weeks product training (Dependent on individual)

Opportunity to join one of the fastest growing healthcare distribution groups. They are looking for an individual to head a team that will support their customers by providing quality healthcare services through world-class, cost-effective business processes.

The successful candidate would see themselves given the opportunity to lead, motivate, manage, coach and develop an Outbound Sales Team proactively contacting existing, lapsed and prospect customers to sell the product and services that they offer.

Duties

· To work alongside the Customer Service Manager to recruit, induct, train and develop and continually assess all staff.
· Planning and setting of monthly/quarterly sales KPI targets for the relevant Outbound Team such as:
Territory Revenue
Territory Margin
Average Talk Time
Diary Activity for Existing, Lapsed Prospect Customers
KPI’s
Quotes
Comparisons
Appointments
Product Training
Lateness
Sickness

· Ensure that customer requirements are understood and met.
· Maximise sales opportunities through contacting “warm” customers selling and up selling products.
· Maximising revenue and gross margin.
· To act as a focal point for communication between the Field Sales team and Head Office.
· Continually seek to improve communications in order to facilitate the best possible levels of customer service.

Experience Required
· At least 2years worth of contact centre sales management.
· At least 1year in the healthcare/social care sector.
· Tangible proof of being able to drive sales and performance.
· 2years spent in a customer service related role.
