Customer Sales Supervisor

If you thrive on the responsibility of day-to-day management of a team then this job vacancy may be of interest to you. The purpose of this job is to provide leadership as well as commercial savvy to this well-established company based in northern Leicestershire.

Ultimately, you will be responsible for guiding a sales team to ever improving standards and performances through transparent and open leadership. You core duties will include: achieving sales targets, recruiting and training staff, developing and implementing a business development/ sales plan for existing and new customers and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience leading, training and recruiting a sales team as well as telephone-based and/or customer-facing experience; outbound sales experience is also useful. You must be approachable, supportive, collaborative, strategic and customer focused. Communication skills are imperative but an open, honest, down-to-earth yet driven attitude will fit the company dynamic perfectly. Salary between £20k - £24k depending on experience.
