Customer Sales Support Team Leader
Our client is seeking a Customer/Sales Support Team Leader within our head office in Havant. Reporting into the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Support Executives to drive excellent customer service and grow repeat revenue and upsell opportunities for the business.
You will champion SalesForce CRM within the business to support commercial activities, analyse client feedback influencing future activity and product launches and prepare monthly reports. You will also be responsible for implementing, developing and optimising cloud based sales support products into the existing Salesforce platform whilst having a good understanding of advert publishing and tracking.
Already having proved yourself in a sales-support CRM (ideally Salesforce) or call centre environment; you will be enthusiastic and eager to develop a team and ensure high levels of customer service and support across the business. You will have experience of using email systems such as Support Works, and also broadcast systems such as Exact Target with the ability to understand and meaningfully segment data combined with outstanding gravitas communication and exceptional time management and multi-tasking skills. Management skills such as ILM Level 2 NVQ certificate in Team Leading or Level 2, or ILM NVQ Certificates and Diplomas in Management, Levels 3, 4 and 5 would place the applicant at an advantage but is not essential.
