We currently have a number of new and exciting job opportunities that have become available for a well-known banking corporation in Barnwood, Gloucester.

Working within our Fraud Department, you’ll be working in a corporate contact centre environment; substantial training will be provided with career development and ongoing support from your managers.

Ideally, you’ll be a talented individual with strong analytical and problem solving skills, with previous experience working as a fraud agent or within a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate a professional approach, even under pressure, combined with excellent verbal and written communication.

You’ll thrive in a busy, customer-orientated environment and have a passion for talking to people - understanding what they need and identifying ways to help provide a better service. You’ll be responsible for protecting our customers by monitoring payments, freezing accounts where unusual spending patterns have been identified and using your listening and questioning skills to great effect to help spot fraudulent activity.

Hours we are currently recruiting for are full time, with shift work available. You'll have the flexibility to work various shifts across our core opening hours of 8.00am – 8.00pm Monday to Friday and 8.00am – 4.00pm on Saturdays.
