Staff Nurse
An exciting opportunity to join an established provider of specialist nursing care and support as part of the nursing team at one of their care homes in Preston, Lancashire.
As a Staff Nurse, the role holder will be responsible for undertaking and managing direct patient care, having participated fully in the assessment, planning and evaluation of care needs. The role involves delivery of care, including individual and group sessions, to agreed quality standards as prescribed by internal procedures and health legislation.
The successful candidate will be passionate about the delivery of high standards of care at all times whilst actively seeking to continue their professional development to ensure standards are maintained at all times.
This role would be suitable for first-level registration RGN/newly qualified nurse professionals who are able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of relevant best practice methods whilst also having the ability to work autonomously and supervise junior care staff where necessary
