Customer Service Administrator - Leading UK Insurance Company

Based Borehamwood, Hertfordshire

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Services Administrator to join a leading Insurance company based in North London/Herts borders. Working within their lively Insurance Call Centre you will be the first point of contact for customers and clients with regards to policy and claims queries as well as corresponding with clients via email and letter.

You must have previous Customer Service/Call Centre experience, with an excellent telephone manner and strong letter writing skills. You should be a team player, combined with a strong work ethic and knowledge of Word and Excel. Previous experience of working within Insurance or Financial Services would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
