Customer Service Adviser (Maternity Contract)

Hays are working with a client in the Horley/Smallfield area who are looking for an experienced customer service adviser to provide maternity cover. The successful candidate must be customer focused and have had experience in an office environment liaising with customers.

Job Duties:

Liaising with customers, suppliers and Logistics
Customer Service throughout process of Order, liaising with logistics, through to despatch, delivery and installation
Order Processing through Excel and Bespoke System
Maintaining trackers and Order Schedules
Producing internal and external reports
Invoicing
Ad-hoc duties
You must be able to drive due to client location
