Customer Service Advisor

A growing and leading Bank are requiring a Customer Service Advisor for their Winchester Branch.

Previous customer service or front of house experience is essential as you will be working as part of a team dealing with customers both over the telephone and on a face to face basis. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to up-sell products and services is essential. You will be based in a thriving team environment where the progression opportunities are excellent.

You will have the opportunity for a pay rise every 3 months and 25 days holiday which will rise to 30. You will also have the opportunity to earn bonus along with various other excellent benefits that come with working for this bank.
