Records Management Analyst

This role will be part of a Compliance Data Retention workstream within a wider program to deal with information lifecycle management program.

The role will focus on the development and setup of a new records management function within in the organization.

You will be London based and work with a small team in London and Germany. - The role is expected to last at least around 2 years. We are looking or people who are willing to stay with the project for the entirety of its duration.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5+ years of records management (functional side) experience ideally from a bank but FS exposure is not essential.

This project is very large so will give the successful candidate a solid amount of exposure which will set them up perfectly for their next role.

Records Management Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Records Management Specialist to aid in the delivery of a new Records Management function.

You will be involved in the design of the Target Operating Model through to the implementation of the new function. This work forms part of a larger workstream to improve data retention and governance processes. We require someone who has experience in records management, working in a records management function with associated policies and procedures, development and/or implementation of retention schedules.

Key skills and experience:

· Developing and implementing a records management function, ideally within a large, global organization

· Developing and managing records policies and procedures

· Experience of corporate taxonomy and retention schedule development and management

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Providing assistance and support to Records Management Champions (file plans, retention management, records shipment and other lifecycle duties)

· Developing records management marketing materials

· Experience of working with electronic document and records management (EDRM) solutions

· A relevant information or records management qualification (not essential)
