My client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their lively insurance Call Centre.

The main duties for this role will involve being the first point of contact for our customers and clients. You will be required to handle inbound calls dealing with policy or claims queries for a variety of different insurance products.

In order to be successful in this role you must have previous call centre and customer service experience, with an excellent telephone manner and the ability to communicate with all levels of customers and clients. You will also have experience of working towards call volumes and targets and be a team player with a professional approach to your work.  Knowledge of MS Word and Excel is desirable and experience in Insurance or Financial Services would be a distinct advantage.

Full-time Working Hours/ Shifts: Opening hours are 8:30am - 6:00 pm Monday – Friday, and 8:30am - 1:30pm on Saturdays.  You will be expected to work 1 in 4 Saturdays (8.30am to 1.30pm or 9.30am to 12.30pm) in overtime.
