We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor to join our busy team in Chertsey, dealing with high priority and emergency calls. We are part of a global group of companies and are keen to take on the highest calibre of customer service and support candidates.

As an advisor in our team, you will be dealing with calls from our high profile clients and logging them on our various IT systems. These calls will often relate to emergency service communications so it is important that you are able to prioritise and manage your own workloads effectively.
We operate a shift system and your working week will consist of both day and night shifts on a monthly rolling basis. There is a 20% shift allowance as a bonus to your basic salary.

Due to the shift patterns it is important that you are able to drive and live locally to Chertsey.
