Job Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be:
* This is a customer service role including upselling and cross selling
* Have good communication skills and an ability to build rapport with customers
* Dealing effectively with all incoming calls from customers to ensure that customer enquiries are resolved at first point of contact.
* Dealing with loan accounts and enquiries will include account maintenance, balance updates, Insurance, setting up direct debits, taking payments and resolving settlement issues.
* Ability to remain calm under pressure and problem-solve accordingly

Preferred Skills:
* Customer Service experience within a Contact Centre environment is advantageous
* Must be customer focused and possess excellent customer service skills

* Good interpersonal skills
* Ability to understand the importance of customer service
* Must have excellent telephone communication skills
* Data accuracy and attention to detail
* Must have excellent objection and customer handling skills
* Must be able to pass a full credit, and criminal record check
