Manpower is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our elite team at a prominent call center in Bremerton, WA providing inbound technical support for a world leader in technology.
This is your chance to be on the front line, troubleshooting customer issues with speed, professionalism and superior service.
Manpower offers $10.50/hr starting pay with bonuses and regular interval salary increases in addition to competitive benefits: medical/dental/life/401k/holiday/vacation. You must have a flexible schedule, as the call center operates varying shifts, including weekends and/or holidays.

Problem solve customer issues via inbound calls
Quickly make decisions
Multi-task by researching solutions while on the phone
Update customer information in a database
Activate a customer's service
Describe and/or upsell new products and services
Research and explain customer billing charges

Must be at least 18 years of age or older
Proof of high school diploma or GED
Minimum of 6 months customer service (preferably in a call center environment)
Basic computer skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
