An exciting opportunity has arisen for six Customer Service Analyst to join the companies growing team. The role will be to aid in the management of calls and emails, offering general advice and guidance to customers and users. Other duties will include ensuring all relevant data is captured, stored and updated on the database and to implement escalation procedures as appropriate.

You will have excellent customer service skills, display active listening and a polite telephone manner, You will have the ability to manage multiple work streams; ability to maintain strong communication with the customer and you will have worked in fast paced environment.

My client is one of the largest IT solutions and service providers in the UK. The client has several divisions including Cloud and Datacentre Service, IT supply, Managed Services and End User Computing.
