Customer Service Assistant Aberdeen

My Client is a well established Bank that specialises in Retail, Business and Premier Banking. This is an excellent job opportunity for an experienced banking or financial services candidate to join their Aberdeen team.

As a Customer Assistant your role will be to build rapport with customers, understand their needs and cross sell banking products and services to customers, to book appointments and generate high quality leads. You will meet and exceed customer expectations, delivering customer service standards, meet deadlines and accuracy levels and adhere to all regulatory and legal requirements.

You must have experience in a customer service role in Financial Services, preferably in Banking with some sales experience. You must have the ability to discuss products and interact with customers with good interpersonal skills. You will also be self motivated with the ability to be flexible and good IT skills are necessary.
