UK Finance & Business Operations Administrator

An excellent job opportunity for a Finance Administration has arisen in a growing technology development company based in Wokingham.

This is a very dynamic role where you will be involved in supporting the finance team as well as supporting the office with administrative duties. Your accounts role will include sub-ledger management, assisting with cash flow reporting and assisting with management accounts preparation. You will also be responsible for staff expense claims and handling staff travel and security passes. The administrative duties will include supporting with HR duties, catering for business meetings and various other office management responsibilities will be included.

The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent excel skills as well as being experienced using Quickbooks or similar accounts packages. Please apply if you have excellent skills using various communication software packages. Great communication skills and a confident approach are a must. Fluency in Mandarin will be a benefit.
