This position is a critical part of the Pershing Advisor Solutions Client Service model, acting as the primary point of contact for our Registered Investment Advisor clients. The individuals in this position are charged with offering support on all of Pershing Advisor Solutions and Pershing's operational functions for our clients. Primary responsibilities include responding via phone and email to client inquires such as New Account openings, account transfers, cash/margin inquiries, asset movement requests, general account maintenance and documentation inquiries, resolving time sensitive issues and suggesting and implementing process improvements. Ideal candidates will have an in-depth knowledge of the industry as a whole. In order to be effective and excel in the position, associates are required to have a detailed understanding of the operations of Pershing business areas, as well as their policies and procedures. The Client Service Liaison will have to develop strong internal partnerships and networks with other departments (e.g. Operations, Compliance, Legal, Business Development, Relationship Management, Transitions and Trading) within Pershing Advisor Solutions and Pershing to resolve client issues and deliver service excellence. In addition to strong problem solving skills, associates in this position are required to possess the ability to quickly and easily build lasting relationships with our clients. Having strong listening skills and the ability to demonstrate empathy, are an asset as well in order to be successful at responding to client requests.

Qualifications

Excellent verbal/written communication skills a must. Client facing experience desired. BS Degree. 2 + y ears work experience in a related brokerage environment. Series 7 and 63 licenses preferred.
