Leading Import/Export Company has an immediate need for a Customer Service Coordinator. Fluent Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) or Fluent Japanese language skills strongly preferred.
As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will track shipments, respond to customer inquiries and manage claims and invoices. This opportunity is ideal for a fantastic communicator who is adept at coordinating complex details and moving from one task to the other at a moment’s notice. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with diverse personalities are extremely valuable in this position.
Due to the nature of this industry, candidates must be willing to accommodate a flexible work schedule and work overtime as needed and on a seasonal basis. Proficiency in MS Office and previous administrative experience are required. Experience working with complex data entry and billings, invoices and expense reports is a huge plus.
