Customer Service Desk Analyst

*IT Service Desk/Customer Service: £18,000 - £20,000*

Our client, a leading Telecoms Company based in the West End of London, are looking to recruit a Customer Services candidate with a keen interest in IT to improve the quality of service provided to their clients.

Acting as the first point of contact for customers, you will be responsible for handling queries including orders, billings or technical issues. You will be expected to handle up to 60 daily inbound calls and ensure that you approach each call with the customer's satisfaction in mind, in order to represent the Company in the best possible light. There will be a technical troubleshooting element to the position as well, so previous IT/Service Desk experience is desired.
