Customer Service Director, Derry. Hays have been appointed to recruit a Customer Service Director for a leading financial outsourcer in the UK and Ireland market. The client deliver a diverse range of administration and analytical services to support a variety of financial products. As Customer Service Director you will play a key role in day to day operations. You will be responsible for maintaining an astute overview of customer service. This will include identifying and strategically developing all the operational requirements necessary to deliver the highest levels of service and outcomes for the customers. Management of risk issues ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. Primary accountability for the successful conduct of regular client reviews and delivery of operational commitments. Negotiate and liaise with Commercial and Finance teams to facilitate changing commercial requirements. Provide advice and recommendations for clients in terms of customer service delivery and performance. You will drive quality and consistency through the use of MI KPI's in respect of client service delivery. Working collaboratively across operations, commercial and the broader business in order to deliver strategic aims.
Essentially candidates will be able to demonstrate experience of managing operational teams and client accounts within a financial services or outsourcing environment. Proven account management / relationship management within a financial services or out-sourcing business. A track record of exceeding targets, demonstrated ability to motivate and communicate with others to achieve results. Strong strategic and customer focus with a clear understanding of the wider issues impacting the financial services industry.
Remuneration
Salary £60,000 - £80,000
