Our client located in Chesterfield are looking recruit dedicated individuals who thrive on delivering and achieving excellant customer service levels . This is a fixed term contract, allowing an excellant opportunity to start work for a growing organisation. The company specialises in dealing with home emergency insurance claims.
The role is to effectively process insurance claims within agreed standards and guidelines. You must demonstrate strong customer service skills whilst working in a fast paced environment. Starting Monday 2nd April 2012

MUST pass a CREDIT CHECK

*To process incoming Home insurance claims via the various channels in accordance with company procedures
*Take effective ownership of customer queries, assess and take the appropriate action
*Deliver excellent customer service at all times
*Liaise with clients/partners/other departments and third parties as required
*Respond to and resolve all enquiries from customers in accordance with agreed time, quality and procedural standards.
*Record, store and maintain customer information and record customer requests using the appropriate systems to provide accurate reference documentation.
