This customer service job needs a person who combines excellent client experience skills with knowledge/ experience of export. It is a demanding and busy role that will have you handling export customers and specific client accounts for distribution on matters such as: letters of export, letters of credit, export documents and certificates, delivery times, lead times, quick orders and quick response times.
The salary for this role is £17k- £19k depending on experience. To be successful for this phone-based customer service role you must have the desired experience with export.
